We want your sofa to reach you in the best possible condition. From the moment you confirm your order to the time your sofa is placed in your living room, our team ensures a smooth, safe, and transparent delivery process.


Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver only within Bengaluru city limits.
  • This allows us to provide faster service and handle each sofa with the care it deserves.
  • If you are outside Bengaluru, please reach out to our team — we may be able to suggest alternate options or let you know when delivery to your area becomes available.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery for ready-stock products is 10–15 working days from the order confirmation date.
  • For custom-made sofas, delivery may take 20–30 working days, depending on design and material availability.
  • You will be informed of the expected delivery date at the time of order. We’ll also keep you updated if there are any changes.

Delivery & Installation Process

  • Our trained delivery staff will bring your sofa directly from our factory to your home.
  • Basic installation/placement is included — we’ll help position the sofa in the room of your choice.
  • Before delivery, we recommend:
  1. Checking doorways, staircases, and lift access to ensure the sofa fits easily.
  2. Clearing a suitable space for placement.
  • If your location requires special handling (narrow passages, higher floors without lift access, etc.), please inform our team in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Payment at Delivery

  • We do not use online payment systems.
  • Payment is made securely as agreed (cash, UPI, or bank transfer as per agreed terms).
  • Our team will confirm payment instructions with you before the delivery date.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

  • We do not offer returns for change of mind or preferences.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, we will repair or replace the product at no extra cost.
  • Every SOFENZI sofa comes with a warranty for manufacturing defects — details will be provided at the time of purchase.
  • Normal wear and tear, fabric stains, or misuse are not covered under warranty.

Important Notes

  • Delivery dates are subject to factors such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or supply availability. Our team will notify you in advance if any changes occur.
  • All deliveries are handled by SOFENZI’s in-house team or trusted logistics partners to maintain quality and care.
  • Large furniture items may require extra time for safe handling in apartments or multi-storey buildings.
