Q: Where are you located and do you deliver outside Bengaluru?

We are located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and currently deliver only within Bengaluru city limits.

Ordering Process

Q: How can I place an order with Sofenzi?

You can place an order in two ways:
1. Via WhatsApp: Chat directly with our team, choose your fabric and configuration, and confirm your order.
2. By visiting our factory: Customers can visit our Sofenzi Furniture Studio to explore fabric options, discuss designs, and place their order in person.

Q: What is the payment process?

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch of the finished product. Delivery will only be initiated after full payment is received. Sofenzi does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q: Can I customize my sofa?

Yes, Sofenzi allows customization in:
– Fabric color, texture, and category
– Configuration (L-shape, 3+1+1, 2+lounger, etc.)
– Length adjustments within the original design proportion

– Frame: Primarily Neem wood/Silver wood, with commercial-grade plywood where required.
– Seating Foam: 40 Density branded foam for firm and long-lasting seat support.
– Back Support Foam: 35 Density branded foam for balanced comfort.
– Soft Zones: Softy branded foams where additional cushioning is required.
– Support System: Combination of zig-zag springs and elastic belts depending on the model.
– Fabric: High-quality upholstery fabric, available in multiple finish levels.

Q: What are the fabric categories?

Sofenzi offers four fabric categories:
– Premium
– Premium Plus
– Ultra
– Ultra Plus
Each higher category provides improved feel, texture, and durability.

Warranty and Care

Q: What warranty is offered?

All Sofenzi sofas come with a 12-month (1-year) structural warranty from the date of delivery. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Q: What is covered under warranty?

• Frame or joint damage caused by manufacturing defects
• Foam sagging or deformation under normal usage
• Workmanship or material defects

Q: What is not covered under warranty?

• Fabric wear, stains, burns, or fading due to exposure

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Delivery and Access

Q: Where do you deliver?

We deliver only within Bengaluru, up to 20 km from our factory. Beyond that, a nominal charge of ₹50 per km applies.

Q: Are there any floor or lift restrictions?

• Sofenzi’s team can move furniture up to 3 floors using stairs.
• For higher floors, a service lift is mandatory.
• If no lift is available, the customer must arrange professional movers at their own cost.

Q: What are the staircase and lift requirements?

• Staircase width: Minimum 40 inches
• Service lift: Minimum 36” (depth) × 72” (height) × 48” (width)
Customers must confirm these before placing the order.

Q: What if the delivery vehicle cannot reach my house?

If our van cannot access your home directly:
• Our team will carry furniture up to 100 feet (30 meters) at no cost.
• Beyond that, extra handling charges apply.
• If the site is inaccessible, delivery will be made to the nearest reachable point.

Q: What if there’s no space or safe area to keep the furniture?

If the home is under renovation or lacks space:
• Sofenzi will place the product in a safe nearby area.
• If redelivery is needed later, handling charges apply.
• Sofenzi does not offer storage services.

Q: What if the staircase or lift is too small, found only on delivery?

If access is too tight, the customer can arrange packers or crane services. Sofenzi’s delivery will be deemed complete once the furniture reaches an accessible point.

Returns and Cancellations

Q: Can I return my sofa?

No. All Sofenzi products are custom-built per order, so returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Q: What if my product is damaged upon delivery?

Check your product on delivery and report any visible damage immediately via WhatsApp with photos. Our team will inspect and provide assistance under warranty, if applicable.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order confirmation. After that, production starts and the 50% advance payment becomes non-refundable.
